What Do The Geniuses in Class Think of Themselves?

Image
Geniuses in class are those who scored CGPA of 3.8 and above. An interview has been made to all these geniuses with the question: How do you feel being called a genius in class? 1. The Self-Conscious Ones This category of people knows that they are the genius in class and THEY NEED TO BE ONE. Their responses included: “Natural la.” They also feel great being called The Genius because they know they are the genius. Because of their self-consciousness, they will most probably put themselves NUMBER 1 first before anything; therefore, they may need all the praises and compliments you can give to boost their self-esteem. Despite their constant need for attention, they can become your best study mates as long as you treat them as ‘The Genius One.’ 2. The Humble Ones This category of students knows that hard work is the only way to being GENIUS. No study, then no good CGPA, then no good University, then no good career, .... So they study hard to get good results; therefore, they a...

A Day In The Life Of A College Student

Image
College lifestyle is definitely different from the lifestyle of a student who’s still in high school. Everyone dresses different, the freedom when being in college, students influencing other students, be it bad or good, it depends really. Know your crowd kids, don’t fall into the wrong one. I’ve got a really great crowd of friends, who happens to be my family even though I’ve only known them in a matter of months. I’m a part of them and that makes me happy. They’re the ones that gets me excited to be in college, not classes. College is the only place I get to be free from everything, like personal problems, troubles, my anxiety. Growing up in a strict household isn’t exactly easy for me as there are lot’s of ground rules, which I don’t have a problem with, but as a rebel, it’s still hard to abide them. Not being able to get out of the house is also kind of upsetting because I’ve got parents who would say no without a valid reason. College is my escape plan. College is basically my g...

My Lifestyle

Image
My lifestyle is a typical everyday lifestyle of an average 18 year-old college girl. Don’t believe me? Wait, I’ll show you so hear me out. I enjoy doing sports like Muay Thai for 3 days a week, I hang out with my buddies everyday after class chatting about girls and boys as we pour our hearts to each other, sleepless nights because of the ‘Insane amount of workload’ given to us by the school’s devils in disguise of angels, passing out on the spot when my crush walk past by me and the inside of me is secretly hoping ‘the person’ that has the potential and power to makes me feel all types of feelings in 1 minute when passing by me. Like, seriously how can someone have that power over you? Every single time! I argue with my brother sometimes over small disagreements, I mean come on, who doesn’t argue with their siblings? But at the end of the day, we always make up and talk to each other about many things. As for my life with my parents, they’re incredibly supportive in ev...

College.

College. A place that I dreamt of, anticipated, longed and waited for in high school. Is it any different? Or is it still the same? Back in high school, I wasn’t particularly committed to anything. Yes, I participated in many clubs, organized various events, lead countless meetings. No doubt, I excelled in my high school and yet, I was never attached to it. If anyone were to ask me of my most memorable moments there, I can only think of one : my friends. Aside from that, high school, to me, was just a skeleton, an isolated place that I dreaded to attend. Has anyone ever felt the same? Maybe it was from that perception that contributed to my high expectations of college, perhaps too high of one. Similar to how parents expect high grades from us, I ,too, looked for too much in college. Not that I’m disappointed, just to correlate to another aspect which may be easier comprehend. Thankfully, however, regret and boredom are never the words I would associate with INTI! Life...

Being questioned on what made her become the president of INTIMA, she replied that she was the service cell for the 42nd INTIMA, hence it gave her the desire to be more involved in the curricular activities that were carried out, where she finds that a number of students were interested in it as well. Shafiqah further explains that she was also a diploma student here in INTI International College Student, but she wasn’t very involved in curricular activities as she was basically studying most of the time during her diploma years. Coming back for her degree, she told herself that she should be more diversified hence choosing to pursue it. Shafiqah also further mentions that there was no specific person such as a role model that inspired her to take up the role of being the President of INTIMA. In fact, she en...
